What we do.
IHS Global®, through partnerships, equips Christian healthcare workers and other believers who are already caring for the physical needs of their patients and neighbors to also care for their spiritual needs. In order to best mobilize and equip these people, we have adopted a unique ministry model composed of a Partnership, Process and People.

IHS Global equips witnesses through working in partnership with other Christian organizations with a shared vision, commitment and DNA. The International Saline Partnership is a multilateral covenant partnership around the Saline Process®. Other partners connect with IHS Global to roll out the equipping of witnesses within their organizations. Working together allows for the sharing of personnel and resources, resulting in a worldwide network of indigenous trainers dedicated to equipping Christian healthcare workers and other believers as witnesses for Jesus.

The Saline Process™, our healthcare witness training, is a tool for equipping and mobilizing Christian healthcare workers as witnesses, including follow-up and accountability. The Saline Process includes Saline Process Training-the-Trainers (SPTTT) which equips trained witnesses to, in turn, train other Christian colleagues in their region or locality.
