A shared passion for making Jesus known brought healthcare workers and trainers from around the world together in South Africa!
Approximately 200–230 participants gathered in Benoni for Healthcare Christian Fellowship International’s 90th Jubilee Conference, “Living Faith Out Loud.” The gathering celebrated God’s faithfulness and created opportunities to encourage one another, exchange experiences, and plan for the ministry ahead.
For IHS Global™, connecting with Saline Process™ trainers and witnesses was especially encouraging. Conversations explored how to bring the training to countries where it is not yet established, with strong interest from participants connected to Suriname, Canada, Denmark, and Finland. A strategic plan for the Saline Process™ in Europe took shape, and valuable connections with leaders from Australia and Oceania opened opportunities for further collaboration.
Participants also took part in Salt & Light Process™ training, exploring how to share their faith with compassion in everyday relationships. Their feedback reflected a growing confidence in understanding the barriers people face and recognizing how to help and serve them. Learning about the stages of a person’s faith journey offered insight into how believers can come alongside others right where they are.
Compassionate care resonated deeply throughout the gathering—a reminder that listening, serving, and caring for others are meaningful parts of our witness for Jesus.
The conversations in South Africa laid the groundwork for continued encouragement, coaching, and connection. Follow-up plans include supporting Saline Process™ trainers and welcoming Salt & Light Process™ participants into the wider training community.
