Building Partnerships for Workplace Transformation in Africa and the Middle East

IHS Global recently participated in the Lausanne Workplace Forum for Africa and the Middle East in Ghana. The gathering brought together approximately 850 leaders representing workplaces, organizations, ministries, and churches from across the region. 

Centered on the theme “Kingdom Impact in Every Sphere of Life,” the forum explored how Christians can live as fruitful witnesses in their everyday workplaces. Reflections from John 15 encouraged participants to abide in Christ and bear fruit wherever God has placed them. 

Throughout the forum, the IHS Global team connected with leaders and organizations interested in equipping believers as intentional witnesses. Many participants visited the IHS Global exhibition booth to learn about the Saline Process™ and Salt & Light Process™, opening doors for potential partnerships and future training opportunities throughout Africa and the Middle East. 

The gathering also created space to hear about the challenges Christians encounter in different work environments and to explore how faith can transform workplaces. Meaningful themes included spiritual fruitfulness, the Father’s love, Spirit-filled living, worship, service, and abiding in Christ. 

One memorable moment came as participants read the Accra Accord on Workplace Transformation together in English and French, affirming ten shared commitments to advancing God’s Kingdom through their lives and work. 

Following the forum, IHS Global is connecting with those who expressed interest, identifying potential regional partners, and helping healthcare workers connect with established partners who may be able to provide Saline Process™ Witness Training.
