Hope for 2026
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13
Inner peace begins with hope—but not the thin, fragile hope of wishful thinking. This is a grounded hope, anchored in a Person.
When my hope rests in Jesus Christ, something settles deep within me. Trust replaces striving. Fear loosens its grip. Joy and peace begin to grow, not because life is predictable or easy, but because the One I trust is faithful. This kind of peace is not something I manufacture; it is something I receive as I place my confidence in Him.
But this peace was never meant to be hoarded. Paul reminds us that the God of hope fills us so that we might overflow. Joy and peace are not the destination—they are the conduit. As the Holy Spirit works within me, the hope rooted in Christ spills outward into the lives of others through my presence, my words, and my love. Inner peace becomes a witness. Quiet confidence becomes an invitation. What begins in the heart becomes a gift to the world around me.
What if... the peace God is growing in me is not just for my comfort, but for someone else’s hope today?
