Discouraged?

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again – my Savior and my God. Psalm 42:5 NLT 

Several years ago, my family faced multiple life-altering medical issues. No words can describe my despair. John 14:1 became my only comfort: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.”   

In moments when I am discouraged and wrestling with God, what I need most is hope. The hope of this world is false and fleeting. But in Christ, I can find comfort in even the darkest of times.
