Valorie has served IHS Global since May 2023 as Executive Assistant to the Founder. She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Sociology, and she studied theology at the University of Steubenville. Her work experience includes working with seniors and people with disabilities, Executive Director of personal care homes, and training service coordinators.

Valorie is a worship leader, and member of prayer team at her church. Valorie and her husband Todd raised their family which included Valorie’s son and foster and adopted children.
