New Witness Trainers Equipped in Taiwan

‍ ‍

Around the world, the Saline Process™ and Salt & Light Process™ continue to grow through a powerful model of generational multiplication. When witness trainings take place, they are led by commissioned trainers from the local region — men and women who understand the language, culture, questions, and spiritual realities of their own communities.

This is one of the great strengths of the witness training movement. Indigenous trainers are not outsiders bringing a temporary program; they are trusted local leaders who can continue equipping others long after an event ends. As they train new witnesses, and some of those witnesses become trainers themselves, the work multiplies in a way that is both sustainable and deeply rooted in the local context.

Recently, this model was beautifully demonstrated through a Saline Process™ Training the Trainers event in Taipei, Taiwan. The training was sponsored by a partner within a restricted country in East Asia and the Taiwan Nurses Evangelical Fellowship.

Six Multiplying Trainers oversaw the event, equipping ten new Witness Trainers. These participants included nurses, hospital chaplains, and physicians — healthcare professionals who are now prepared to train others to be faithful witnesses for Jesus in their own workplaces and communities.

The response from attendees was highly positive, and several participants were identified as excellent candidates to become Multiplying Trainers in the future. This is especially exciting because each new trainer represents the potential for many more witnesses to be equipped across Taiwan and beyond.

Join us in thanking God for the new Saline Process™ Witness Trainers in Taiwan, and in prayer that their work would lead to more healthcare professionals mobilized as faithful witnesses for Jesus.
