IHS Global hosts monthly webinars for Saline Process healthcare witness trainers and key leaders living and working around the globe. Our Goal?
To strengthen their knowledge and skills
To pray together, to encourage, and to affirm their vision as trainers and leaders.
Three recent webinars concentrated on the core elements of our equipping and multiplication model, what we call the 3 C’s — Content, Coaching and Community.
Participants left the webinar series with a deeper understanding of the 3 C’s and a renewed vision for equipping believers as intentional witnesses. These trainers will go on to equip believers as intentional witnesses of Christ in their regions.
Webinar #1 (Content)
58 trainers and key leaders representing 26 countries
The Saline Process training focuses on principles and tools, including 18 months of follow-up. It cultivates a vision and an identity as a witness for Jesus in everyday moments with people. Witnesses learn:
How to identify and remove barriers contributing to decision-making.
How to use tools to guide a person on the next step(s) toward Jesus.
How to be faithful in the moment, leaving the results to God.
Webinar #2 (Coaching)
61 trainers and key leaders representing 22 countries
IHS Global staff members and key leaders (around the globe) invest thousands of hours coaching trainers. This network of personal coaching strengthens skills and provides great encouragement. Coaching is essential for the ongoing transformation of believers into witnesses and for multiplication of witnesses. This webinar emphasized the opportunities, methods and practical tips for coaching – all leading to confident and able witness trainers.
Webinar #3 (Community)
58 attendees representing 29 countries
Our goal is for individuals to find support on various levels.
Local: Through in- person trainings and nearby fellowships of equipped witnesses.
Regional: Through partner organization fellowship groups and webinars.
Global: Through global webinars and the Saline Online Community, a private online community for sharing, prayer, stories, and much more.
These spaces foster fellowship, shared learning, and a sense of belonging within a global movement.
