Therese joined IHS Global in April 2023. She serves as the Human Resources Associate. She is motivated to support the ministry by fostering a people-first culture that enables staff to collaborate effectively and deliver a meaningful, impact-driven work environment.

She is originally from The Gambia, West Africa and she now lives in Hungary. She has earned degrees in Social Work and Theology, however she has worked in HR for many years. She loves to sing, travel, learn about new cultures and associate with people. She also enjoys working with the youth in her church, doing handicraft work and hiking.
