Kamalini Kumar PhD., RN. is a retired registered nurse by profession and has had more than 54 years of teaching experience both in the health care field and the public sector. She has PhD. from the University of Iowa in Educational Psychology. For the past 40 years, she has been a presenter at national and international nursing conferences.

She has published many articles on nursing, leadership and spiritual care and is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Christian Nursing. She is the current Chair of the Board of Directors of Nurses Christian Fellowship International and also serves as a board member for IHS Global™.
