Worry

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life…

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

 Matthew 6:25 NIV

Because the Beatitudes have taught me to hunger for righteousness and trust in God’s mercy, Jesus now calls me to let go of worry.

Not because life is easy, but because the Father is faithful. He points to the birds and the flowers—not as decoration, but as daily reminders: God sees, God knows, and God provides. Worry shrinks my world and steals my peace. But trust opens my hands and anchors my soul. Jesus isn’t asking me to ignore real needs—He’s inviting me to seek first the kingdom and trust Him with the rest.
Being salt and light means living with a quiet confidence in God’s care, even when circumstances swirl. It means resisting the urge to control and choosing instead to abide.

What if... I lived like I was truly seen and deeply loved by my heavenly Father? What if my peace became a testimony in a world filled with anxiety? That’s the kind of freedom Jesus offers.

Let’s seek first His kingdom—together.

Sharing the journey with you,

Bob Snyder
