The Paradox of Love - Grace and Truth

I used to think that love was a “balance between grace and truth” – as if they could be separated. Sometimes, I communicate with EITHER grace OR truth but not both. The result - harshness, hurt and harm – not Christ-like love. Jesus evidenced both grace and truth in every loving encounter.

Remember Jesus’ words to the woman caught in adultery?  He neither condemned or condoned.

And Jesus said, “neither do I [condemn you].  Go and sin no more."  John 8:11 NTL

Will you join me in living out Christ-like love – full of grace AND truth?

Sharing the journey with you,

Bob Snyder
