Csilla serves as the Director of Ministry Finances at IHS Global, where she oversees financial stewardship and supports the organization’s mission to help people understand the love and reality of Jesus. She joined the IHS Global family in September 2021 and considers it a privilege to serve in a Christ-centered ministry.

Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Csilla grew up in a loving Christian home as the eldest of five children. She studied economics with a focus on financial institutions and the stock market and also holds a CPA-equivalent qualification in her country. Her professional experience in various financial roles has prepared her well for her current position, where she combines her analytical skills with her passion for ministry.

Csilla loves exploring complex systems—whether global economic trends or the interconnected truths of Scripture. She finds joy in seeing people’s lives transformed by God’s love and strives to live faithfully, following His unique calling each day.
